In the spirit of trying to perform more and also just having some good old-fashioned fun, I'm once again "competing" in Manhattan Repertory Theatre's Fall Monologue competition on November 4 at 6:30pm. Audience members get to vote for the best performer (even though acting is a totally subjective business where it is nearly impossible to choose a "best" performance unless everyone is performing the exact same monologue, but ultimately, it always comes down to preference and taste anyway). Hope to see you there! I realize our country has an issue with voter-turnout, so if you turn out to only ONE election in the next year, I will understand if you choose the presidential one in 2016 and not my monologue competition.
